The DIY Christmas Oasis Wreath Kit contains everything you need to create your very own wreath to hang on your door during the festive period, including greenery and decorations.

Included you will find an oasis wreath ring, fresh greenery, raffia, oranges, cones, cinnamon, ribbon bow and a booklet with instructions. Inside our instruction booklet, there is a QR code to scan which will take you to our YouTube video showing you the techniques and walking you through creating your wreath.

This wreath kit is suitable for all skill levels and ages, making it the perfect family festive activity. Why not join together with your loved ones, have a glass of your favourite tipple and have a festive afternoon?

Enjoy the creative freedom to create a truly unique Christmas wreath. Although we supply greenery and decorations, if you would like your wreath to fit the theme of your Christmas decorations at home, you can use the same techniques, using your own decorations and greenery to create a wonderful entrance to your home.

Upon delivery, please pop all the greenery into a bucket of water and soak for at least half an hour before you start to work. If you are not going to make the wreath straight away I suggest you keep the foliage in a bucket of water either outside or in a garage/shed and all the other contents indoors.

Soaking your greenery and regularly spraying your finished wreath will prolong the freshness of the greenery over the festive period.

Sustainability

The Oasis ring we use is 51% bio-degradable with a fully recyclable plastic base, we source our greenery from sustainable growers and all materials included in this kit are completely bio-degradable.

We have designed the DIY Christmas Oasis Wreath Kit to be as eco-friendly as possible. Although Oasis isn’t totally environmentally friendly, it is a much more accessible medium to work with and allows those who may struggle with the more fiddly techniques from our DIY Eco Christmas Wreath Kit to still take part in the festive tradition.

Wreath Tradition

The tradition of making Christmas Wreaths for your front door dates back Centuries but in particular Germany in the 16th Century when people started to make wreaths from cartwheels and hung them on their front doors to educate children about the meaning of Christmas.

• Biodegradable Oasis wreath base (Plastic Base is 100% recyclable – Oasis Ring is 51% biodegradable)

• Sharp scissors or secateurs
